Entrepreneur
As an entrepreneur, I’ve built a multi-million dollar furniture business from the ground up over the past 30 years. I sourced and purchased indoor/outdoor furniture and home décor items. The pieces were distributed to furniture stores, and clients in the trade, and installed in my interior design and staging projects.
My business allowed me the opportunity to travel for business and pleasure. I’ve traveled to all 7 continents and visited over 35 countries. My dream has always been to move abroad and visit as many countries as possible. I have a wanderlust and curiosity to connect with the world by meeting new people, embracing new cultures, learning new languages, and experiencing diverse art, architecture, music, and regional foods. I made my dream come true in September of 2023. I sold and donated almost all of my possessions and moved to Albania.
I am currently taking a work sabbatical while I figure out what the next chapter looks like in my life. Besides my passions listed above, I am a huge dog lover too. I have also devoted over 25 years to personal development by honing my skills in emotional intelligence, active listening, and engaging interpersonally. I take a deep interest in interacting with others in a
climate of mutual interest, respect, and meaningful conversations.
My vision is to be a light and a lens for other female solo travelers to follow their passion for travel.
